1954 BMW R25/3 250cc
The 1954 BMW R25/3 250cc is a beautifully finished example of BMW’s post-war single-cylinder motorcycles, presented in classic black.
This motorcycle features correct, matching frame and engine, with a pillion seat fitted, and represents the final variant of the R25 line. The R25/3 introduced notable updates including a telescopic front fork, full-width alloy hubs, and alloy wheel rims.
This particular BMW has a documented history in Switzerland, where it was previously registered with Swiss Carte Grise paperwork. The former owner was a serious collector with a significant BMW Motorrad collection, and this machine marked his first complete restoration project.
The restoration made extensive use of NOS (new old stock) parts sourced from former BMW dealers across continental Europe. Following completion, the motorcycle was actively ridden throughout the 1980s and 1990s.Â
The bike is now registered in the UK and represents a well-documented and carefully restored example of this sought-after model.
UK and worldwide delivery options are available.
