Used Brough Superior SS80 for sale in Cheshire

1929 BROUGH SUPERIOR SS80.
This stunning Brough Superior was built late in 1929 and collected from the Haydn Road Works in Nottingham on 1st January 1930, according to the copy of the Works Record Card.
Interestingly the SS80 also left the Works with a Brough Superior sidecar fitted, an expensive option at the time, now no longer with the Brough. One of only 22 Brough Superior SS 80's built in 1929. However, it was quite a unique SS80 with many of the factory options fitted, tank top switch, hinged carrier, seat tube oil tank, short stroke oil pump with special bowden control, brampton forks, 'Terry' saddle and a Jaeger speedometer.
Back in 1998 the Brough Superior SS80 was nut and bolt restored by one of the marques experts Simon Mills, we believe it has only covered 12 miles since then.
Pictured is R Holland with passenger at the start of the sixth ever Banbury Run on 27th June 1954 aboard the SS80.
An amazing example of a high collectable and desirable motorcycle, can be easily recommissioned for road use or simply prepared to enter any collection.
We are always keen to hear from anyone who knows anything or has had any history about this or any bike we have for sale. Please do not hesitate to get in touch, it would be really great to hear from you.
UK and Worldwide delivery available.

Black, 988 cc, 1929 , £0.00.
